The study seeks to highlight the essential priorities required by the juvenile justice system in Jordan across different stages of interaction with children as they navigate the justice system. These priorities have been discerned through a thorough analysis and comprehension of the Jordanian context in managing juveniles, commencing with early intervention and awareness initiatives aimed at deterring delinquency, and culminating in the execution of sentences and post-care measures.
